Message from MD

I am Shihab Edakkara, Managing director of New Leaf institutions, Secretary of New Leaf Charitable and Educational Trust (Reg :1/ IV /14), Member of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).

In my experience from studies and activities inside and outside Kerala and India, I had a strong desire to start an institution in the place where I am born and brought up, which is the rural place in Malappuram district in Nilambur region named Karunechi. Its fulfilment became New Leaf institutions, where children can get value education with moral and intellectual support which is much more important in this new era.

As Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) says” There is no beauty better than intellect”, New Leaf aims for those beautiful children to be spread out from the institution.
